Weekly Presidential Address
11/11/13 - 11/17/13
Citizens of Fresh,
Some call it the ‘snowball effect’, others consider it a sign that there is more success to come. Personally, I think of it as a bit of both.
The best feeling in the world is when I walk into the White House and am greeted by a functioning, efficient, smiling group of personnel. To say the least, this week I have felt rather ecstatic. There is a gleaming vibe of pride and accomplishment coming from our fearless group of employees, and I am very proud to be able to lead such an organization.
This week at the White House, many changes have been made to some of the most crucial positions in the organization. The Judicial Branch has welcomed over five members of staff as the newest Chief Justice, Kootie, takes the reins of the courts. It is very exciting to see this branch grow, and I will be working very close with the leadership of the Judicial Branch to create a uniform goal. As with any growth that happens, you will have excess. At this point, we are dealing with a large amount of excess in many areas of operation. Filing through inactive HRs and inaccurate protocols are just a part of the task that the Administration has ahead of them. Take this as a reminder that too much of a good thing isn’t always a great thing, and the White House is doing its best to fulfill the goal of making this organization as great as can exist. Firedemon has also been awarded the position of Director of SS, and she will be working diligently to create an ideal branch to better serve the White House.
Looking forward to next week, The White House will start to develop each branch from a sanction to a very developed work force. It is very important that everyone knows their exact place and job in this organization. This is a part of our effort to create a more respected, educated, and clean operation. As stated before, some view the White House as only a "recruit and go" operation, it is far from that. We are working long hours to try to establish a working force that will fully represent the White House's functional use in government. This includes (but is not limited to) mock trials, mock bills, checks and balances, etc. This work force gives The White House a unique advantage over other organizations. The Legislative and Judicial Branches will begin to test out these "mocks".
This week, it is my honor to quote the great President John F. Kennedy, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of his death:

“As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” ~ John F. Kennedy
