White House Announces Alliance Requirements
THE WHITE HOUSE, FRESH HOTEL - The Office of the Secretary of State and the Office of the President are announcing the initial requirements to form an alliance with the White House. This comes just as Elley Hopwood. is re-joining the White House as the Secretary of State. As described by the President, "The Alliance Requirements are formed to not only rule out organizations who do not meet the standards, but to raise the standards of existing organizations to match the high performance standards held by the White House."

This comes just as Elley Hopwood. is re-joining the White House as the Secretary of State. As described by the President, "The Alliance Requirements are formed to not only rule out organizations who do not meet the standards, but to raise the standards of existing organizations to match the high performance standards held by the White House."
The requirements are as followed:
- Minimum of 25 active HRs
- Must obtain an active forum or website that allows personnel interaction
- HQ must have a minimum of 300 rates
- HQ must have a stable, functioning design. Designs must be consistent and not be modified for a matter of two weeks
- HQ must have a navigator icon and descriptive description
- Organization must have a stable alliance system
- Organization must be active daily
- Organization must have functioning, reasonable protocols for operation
- Employees must carry themselves with pride and dignity
- Organization must have a stable low rank system and training system

Organizations that meet all requirements and are interested in becoming an ally are encouraged to contact the Sec. of State. She will then form two cases upon the organization, one on why we should become allies, one on why we shouldn't become allies. Both cases will be presented to the Senate and it will then be determined if it is worthy of a vote. If brought to the floor for a vote, the result will determine the fate of the possible alliance.
