Why do you think this is so? Immature staff? Lack of groups? No updates?

I think that there are a multitude of factors contributing to the loss of appeal. In concurrence regarding the presence of immature staff, the lack of group/agency diversity, as well as the fact that there are seldom any updates, I must also say that server instability has also been an issue. There are times when I am unable to connect successfully (and it turns out that I'm not the only one), and times when the servers are just blatantly out of service.
All in all, I do not feel as if Fresh is really doing that much to attract more people, or needless to say at the very least, to keep their people.
