As anticipated in some previous posts, in recent months numerous changes have occurred in the Google algorithm, the infamous Panda, which in its latest version 3.0 is creating a bit of havoc in the SEO-sphere. This epochal update forces us to also review part of the SEO strategies adopted to date to try to move in harmony with what Google requires. Unfortunately, in this area we cannot rest on our laurels and what was taken for granted the day before may undergo strong changes the following day. In reality these changes were already in the air, but unfortunately it was not possible to fully evaluate their scope and effect until Google actually applied them.
To show the somewhat confusing situation that is being created Uruguay Mobile Number List and to try to identify guidelines in the new SEO panorama, I therefore report below a real case (www.creainternational.com) which however has some obscure areas which I am still investigating. Indispensable premise: the page rank has remained unchanged at 4 and the current positioning has not suffered any decline (the data on keywords continues to be substantially constant and in some cases even growing). The only negative result: cancellation of sitelinks Legitimate doubts: In February 2011 (date of activation of the new algorithm) we were rewarded, then there was a first update in April (nicknamed Panda 2.0) and we were rewarded again, then the following one in May (called “Panda 2.1″) which brought us to 8 sitelinks. The latest update (Panda 3.0) however penalized us in terms of sitelinks…. eliminated all (sigh!?).
IMPORTANT CHANGES IN THE GOOGLE ALGORITHM: 1) Focus on "content quality" (but the problem is how to define it?!?) 2) Expansion of the concept of quality also to "Website usability" (layout, arrangement of content and advertising, etc.) 3) Penalization of overly advertising sites 4) greater attention to social activities and shared social content 5) Less tolerance towards SEO over-optimization 6) Greater weight of other SEO factors once considered minor (e.g. the speed of the site, the bounce rate, the time spent, the quality and reliability of external links, etc.) 7) Greater hostility towards overly aggressive Article Marketing campaigns (an element, however, still to be certify) POSSIBLE CAUSES OF THE DELETION OF SITELINKS: One of the causes could therefore be SEO over-optimization.
