Chapter I
Preface
This document produced by President Pro Tempore, is the standardized code of usage for social media outlets utilized by personnel employed by the Fresh White house as members of the Senate. The term "social media outlets" refers to websites including, but not limited to Twitter, and any other social networks that may be utilized by Fresh White House Senate personnel. Personnel using an account on a social media outlet that represents themselves as a member of the Fresh White House Senate are expected to abide by the rules and regulations outlined in Chapter III.
Chapter II
Purpose
The purpose of the social media code of usage is to extend all standard conduct policies of the Fresh White House to social media outlets. This is to ensure that personnel, while on a separate medium from Fresh and/or Official Forums, are adhering to policies and appropriate conduct while representing themselves as a member of the Fresh White House. This code is established to set a guideline of rules, regulations, and penalties for failure to abide by the regulations set fourth. All orders set fourth in the Social Media Code of Usage are authorized by the Fresh, White House Senate. and are enforced by the Chief Of Staff.
Chapter III
Code of Usage
The social media code of usage is comprised of four components;
2-1. Rules of engagement
While interacting with others on a social media outlet, personnel should be mindful of their actions. with special consideration towards what is written below;
"Do not use derogatory language/slander involving negative remarks, race, gender, sexual preference, religion or creed."
"Respect all persons."
Personnel are required to respect their fellow Americans and others while interacting over a social media outlet as they would while interacting on Fresh and/or Official Forums.
2-2. Operational Security (OPSEC)
Personnel utilizing social media outlets should be aware of who can view content that is created by them, and such should avoid discussing any material which may be covered under operational security (OPSEC). Personnel who leak or reveal OPSEC material over a social media outlet are held accountable for so.
2-3. Account Compromises
In the event that an account representing an employee of the Fresh White House Senate is compromised, corrective action should be taken immediately. Such accounts should be deactivated and secured. Personnel should also take corrective action to secure any other accounts that may be in jeopardy, including their Fresh account and/or Official Forum account.
2-4. Personal Accounts
Personnel that wish to use an account on a social media outlet and represent themselves as a member of the Fresh White house Senate should use a separate account from their own personal account. The purpose of this policy is to protect the privacy and personal security of personnel. As such, no personnel should make an effort to reveal a personal account or associate a personal account with a member of the Fresh White House Senate or foreign Organization personnel.
Chapter IV
Penalties
The entire contents of this document, as authorized by the President Pro Tempore, are to be followed by all personnel of the Fresh White House Senate. All penalties for failure to adhere by the Social Media Code of Usage will be carried out by the Chief Of Staff. Penalties for failure to abide by these policies may vary on a case to case basis and are to be determined by the Chief of Staff.
Chapter V
Social Media Disclosure
Social media disclosure is a recommended and required for all Senate Personnel. Disclosing all communication mediums used through Fresh Hotel. The social media disclosure catalogue is handled through the Chiefs of Staff. A catalogue is kept for archival purposes. Failure to disclose all mediums of communication may result in punitive action. The disclosure form should be sent to the Chiefs of Staff.
