Should a mayor be acting like this? How would this be handled in the United States? Should he be reelected?

I'm from Toronto, & I can say he's done some good things for us, but surely bad things as well. Should he be re-elected? maybe (probably not). He shouldn't be getting wasted in public, smoking cocaine, & making threats to others. He's ridiculous and too many chances were given to him. After all that it seems he's not getting the point. He's embarrassing Toronto. Those are my thoughts, thanks for bringing it up Max!

Doing crack is just wrong honestly, I would be embarrassed as Lex said, but from that he probably wont be re-elected.
